From Kendra...
As a small child going through the life changing events of a divorce, I had never recognized the anxiety that began and grew with me into adulthood. I am not here to provide medical advice but to share with you the struggles I face daily and ways I have learnt to live with my anxiety. If I can connect with individuals who may be facing the same challenges I do and can give them that reassurance that they aren't alone then I would feel personal success. Anxiety can sometimes feel overwhelming, embarrassing and truthfully, at times I feel ashamed with having it however we shouldn't feel this way and instead I find strength in knowing that I can overcome this.
